In a letter to my outline stitch embroidery list on yahoo, Joan Kiplinger wrote the following note on August 10, 2007. Kate Greenaway illustrated books for children, in England, and lived from 1846-1901.

There are two, yard-long friezes depicting groups of children and floral
decorations from the Kate Greenaway books. They can be framed or joined to be used
for wall borders. The set is by Frederick Warne & Co. Ltd. and printed in the UK. There is no date, nor copyright, but the ISBN is listed as:
0 7232 1881 1

I picked up this set in the early 1980s at a doll show for no particular use except as a guide and reference to KG clothes for any future KG dolls I might have to costume for my doll dealer's customers.

As there is no copyright, I would be willing to e-mail Pat the floral designs plus the one suitable scene of five girls in adorable dresses which is suitable for tracing individually, or as a whole. Group scene measures about 3.5 x 5. The colors are delightfully soft. Also, those who might want to buy this can search www.addall.com for Kate Greenaway Wall Frieze.
Thank you, Joan, for these designs. I'm sure that everyone will appreciate them.
