Free pattern for Sanitary Commission Block for Home of the Brave Quilt Project. The step-by-step directions for making this block using a rotary cutter and modern equipment were written by Patricia Cummings, EGA certified master craftsman in quilting. The photographs were taken by James Cummings. Tens of thousands of people have downloaded this file.
