My latest book published in 2011 by Schiffer Publishing Ltd. is a printed book: Sweetheart & Mother Pillows 1917-1945.

Ellen Emeline (Hardy) Webster (1867- 1950):  Her Amazing Quilt "Charts," Her Writings and Her Life. New Hampshire's Own Early Quilt Historian. 355 pages/340 photos! The e-book includes full page designs of the 162 quilt charts (more than 200 quilt patterns and designs) constructed by Ellen Webster during the 1930s based on antique quilts she personally encountered.

Nineteenth and early twentieth century history and quilt history both come to life in this biography of New Hampshire's own early quilt historian. Born on a farm in Hebron, New Hampshire, she learned quilting at her mother's knee. She was a quilter and quilt historian, an ornithologist, a musician, a teacher, a writer, and a college professor. This book celebrates her marvelous life and is quilt history at its best!

Straight Talk About Quilt Care II:  this is an updated CD rom version of a printed book Straight Talk About Quilt Care. Detailed information is included about the display, cleaning and storage of quilts, needlework and textiles. Available on amazon.com  *Now available to read, free of charge, in its entirety via a link on the home page of this website.

Quilt Care book now available on this website

Originally published as a book we self-published, and later adapted into a CD-ROM version, we are now making our book about quilt care available for you to view online. First, you will have to install "Adobe Reader," a free software program available at: http://www.adobe.com

The book will take a minute or two to download (with a fast internet connection). Nothing will appear to be happening in the meantime. Once you click on the link, a blank screen will appear until the book is fully loaded.

To navigate, scroll as usual, or click on any page that appears as a small icon on the left side bar, or go to the Table of Contents and click on any chapter heading. You will soon discover how easy my e-books are to navigate and best of all, no special device is needed to access them except your own computer!
