I am actually making headway in re-organizing the studio. At the moment, the huge table in the center of the room has nothing on it, except what I am working on: an adult bib … for me! I decided to use a busy print fabric that would camouflage spaghetti sauce or chocolate sauce, the two worst stain offenders. Don’t forget: If you’d like to be selected to receive a gift basket of New England products, please send me a photo of your finished adult bib by September 1. Condolences to my son and his family who lost their beloved pet today. It is always hard to say goodbye to our feline friends. Pixie lived ten year and succumbed to cancer. Rest in peace, Pixie.
We have the promise of cooler temperatures after a sweltering summer. We hope that prediction is true. I’m sure that I’ll be more in the mood for quilting, when cooler weather is upon us.
