The International Quilt Study Center in Lincoln, Nebraska has mounted an exhibition of chintz quilts and there is a catalog with 65 pages and 30+ color photos that represent the display. A few years ago, we were happy to see a traveling exhibit, “Calico and Chintz” from the Smithsonian, when it was exhibited at the Portland Museum of Art. At the time, I wrote about it. No photos were allowed. The color catalog that accompanied that display is fabulous.
